Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Custom Orders & Returns
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery agent and the Seller within 48 hours in writing, including photos and videos of the damage and packaging. Missing this deadline voids any claim.
Inspect your order upon delivery and report any defect, shortage, or issue to the Seller within 48 hours in writing. If you don’t report issues within the stated time, the Goods are considered accepted and in good condition.
Product Variations
Because each item is handmade, slight variations or color differences may occur. Screen or printer settings can also affect color appearance—these are not considered defects.
